I think SCV might be better than SFxT. If SC6 has equal or better character customisation, I'd be buying it on day one. I have bought pretty much all the customisation DLC. I couldn't get enough of it. I know I wasn't great online but I just enjoyed showing my characters off. I have a wishlist for SC6 but this isn't the place.

Overall SC is my favorite fighting series, but right now I play SFxT more. I do love SCV, though. I have my own thoughts for a SoulCalibur 6 as well.

Overall, I prefer Street Fighter. Even back in the SNES days, I'd play other fighting games, enjoy them but they never lived up to SFII. Save goes for pretty much every other console I could play SF on. I never played SF EX, though. I hear it's pretty bad but then I hear a few people say it's good and just underrated.

My ideas for SC6 all revolve around customisation. Asigning a stage/theme combo for each character would be cool, especially if you they had an Arcade Mode were you only fight creations. If that was ever put in, which I admit is unlikely, original themes and stages not used by the real characters would make it all the better.

Most my ideas center on gameplay, with some riffing on customization.

On the topic of SFxT, I think it's a shame that Bad Box Art Megaman was Megaman because, from what I've seen of him, he'd make for a cool original character.
If he was a dellusional loser who genuinely thought he was a super hero and thought he genuinely had powers, complete with a female partner who, despite being his assistant, actually acts more like his boss, he'd be pretty cool.

Yeah the concept is actually kinda cool. He'd be like the Dan of the game, and the only original character of the 'Pandora universe'.

Instead Capcom decides to have fun at many, many fans expense.

It would actually be a way to cool down anyone who is still in a rage about that. To have him show up in SF5 or whatever in a new costume and Ono to say "Surprise! He was never the real Megaman in the first place!"

If he were to be an original character, the ham voice acting would need to stay.

I don't they ever sold him as the real mega man anyway. He is just some alternate MM in the Pandora universe. It was a silly troll but people getting in their emotions should chill lol

Sorry, I actually just got back from B-More, so I didn't see your message. I will try and pull my stick and the game out tomorrow, but since I've been gone for a week, I probably have some errands I need to run. I had been running Bison/Law when I stopped, but I've probably forgotten a ton at this point.

Kalyx will eat you alive, but you could probably give me a good fight.

Yeah I watched the video he posted. Besides being generally comfortable with Bison always, I was struggling to find any team synergy. Wanted to play Lei, but he's not really a good character to start with so I ditched the idea. I had gone through a good portion of the trials for every character just to practice timings, and I will need a refresher on that sorely.

The trials were out of date since the 2013 patch dropped, they were not updated. Probably not what you wanna hear.

Yeah I honestly figured that by some that didn't seem to work as intended, but I still appreciated the practice. I'm not good enough to 'go into the lab', so it's really my only option for giving me some general early ideas on characters.

I learned a good bit from watching tournaments when I thought the FGC was backing the game more, but up to EVO I felt like everyone went to abandoning it again. Shame.

There's still really good vids out there, and decent tutorials at Eventhubs.com.

And you can ask me for general stuff, just don't ask me what Guy should do after a tag in.

Been using Steve for a while. Very technical character with a lot of weaknesses. His strengths are very situational. Tough to use but also fun.

Playing with randoms sucks ass. Was teaming with this dude who literally could not tag out, because of his button arrangement. And he was terrible. And he spazzed when I broke the team.

On weekends I'm rocking this with the guys offline. But weekday nights are a safe bet. Trying to get Lars back up to speed.

And in case you've wondered, Khuntry's doesn't have a 360 right now so he only shows up online when he comes over, he can't play whenever anymore.
