Angel was brilliant on Sunday. I haven't seen much of him otherwise, but he was one of the best players on the pitch against Chelsea.

Anyway, Dazz was on the pitch at half time doing the halftime game "total humilation". I thought it was him but i wasn't sure. He lost but was given £25 anyway. :D Berger spoke to him apparently :(</font>

If he fell on his boat, it was Dazz.

Wengerland 12-28-2004 02:30 PM

Good riddance to 2004.

Hes been very poor when compared to last season I'm hoping its down to the fact he came back from injury and hasn't been able to have a rest since because of Vassell's injury.

Rob Ban Fan 12-28-2004 05:45 PM

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">going back to the John Terry/Rio Ferdinand debate. Whilst i still agree that Rio is teh better player, I have to say that after today's performance, John Terry is the best central defender ive seen at Fratton Park.

Thats not saying much since its only one match but still he was sheer class today.

Terry and Rio for England.</font>

El Capitano Gatisto 12-28-2004 05:56 PM

Angel was crap tonight.

Yeah I should have scored first time but the bloke directing me sucked, I didn't even recognise Berger when I was leaving the pitch :$ He goes 'Unlucky Mate' and I said Cheers, then asked the bloke who was helping out who that was and he was like "thats Patrick Berger, he's our best player" I felt stupid, but still, £25 . The Chelsea fans chanted "What a load of rubbish" as I was going back to my seat :$.

Still, good work Chelsea.

packt up 12-28-2004 07:59 PM

Dazz shot down Patrik Berger

Dazz 12-28-2004 08:05 PM

 He looked different, I really had no idea who it was, his hair was longer and he speaks like a proper Englishman, I didn't even think he was foreign, I thought he was prolly a groundsman, I only said Cheers because I am a nice guy.

Rob Ban Fan 12-28-2004 08:13 PM

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">to be fair, i didnt recognise Berger when I first saw him, he was wrapped up warm.

But yes, you should've scored the first one, you were shit. Go home Mantle.</font>

Dazz 12-28-2004 08:19 PM

I am home, and the guy directing me didn't tell me how much time I had, he should have lined me up for the shot better, on the plus side I kicked the Portsmouth fan the second time. We even cheated too, the bloke said you cant touch the person to help him, only verbally tell him, but the guy kept pushing me and turning me, and trying to line me up, and it still didn't work.

Nervous Ferret 12-28-2004 08:22 PM

Go shit a brick about it.

Rob Ban Fan 12-28-2004 08:40 PM

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">yeah, i saw you kick the Pompey fan you dirty twat. Thats why you lost- karma. If i was sure it was you id probably have paid more attention.

Did you actually know the guy? :$ cos it would've been pretty weird if he was some guy you'd just met touching you up while you were blindfolded.</font>

packt up 12-28-2004 08:52 PM

Ha Dazz shot down Patrik Berger and got sexually assaulted all in the same day.

GOOD TIMES.

Mr. Monday Morning 12-29-2004 07:22 AM

Davis (for Villa) is the worst young player I've seen in aaages. Absolute shite.

Also describe this halftime thing for those of us who haven't seen it :$

Rob Ban Fan 12-29-2004 10:17 AM

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">yeah, my bad :$

they take 2 Chelsea fans and 2 Pompey fans and they blind fold one of each then spin them around then their partner had to guide them round a set of cones then they have to score from the penalty spot. They're not allowed to touch them, only talk/shout at them. They usually end up kicking eachother, kicking the air or putting the ball a mile wide. Its pretty funny, better than nothing.</font>

http://tpww.net/forums/images/smilies/wtf.gif Hes been great ever game hes played apart form Chelsea and United and you can't expect him to set the world allight against teams like that at his age. His distribution is great.

The Mackem 12-29-2004 12:47 PM

Yeah we're second, didn't make it to the Leeds game. It's not my fault we lost to them.

Never met him before, he just really wanted to do the challenge, didn't even have a Chelsea shirt on . He wasn't really touching me up, and as far as we knew only the team who scored get £25 so it was worth it at the time .

toxic rooster 12-29-2004 06:08 PM

1-0 to the Ar-se-nal

packt up 12-29-2004 07:06 PM

Ashley Cole certain penalty.

Otherwise no complaints felt slightly hard done by but meh.

toxic rooster 12-29-2004 07:21 PM

Yeah, we got lucky that the ref and linesmen were both blind

Rob 12-29-2004 10:16 PM

The ref said he saw it though. What a fucking moron. He should be suspended for that. If you don't see something then fine but to see a blatant penalty and not give it is just wrong.

Well, it was Steve Bennett, you wouldn't put something like that past him. But I think that clinches the "tosser ref of the year award".

The Mackem 12-30-2004 05:48 AM

Well, Newcastle had a nice run in the Premiership :shifty:

anyone got a link to something on Sky or anything?</font>

Dazz 12-30-2004 01:41 PM

Babyaro has gone.

How was Cole's handball a penalty, Bellamy clearly pushed him, I'd be pissed off if Wayney Bridge or any other of our players got a penalty given against us for that.

Rob 12-30-2004 04:38 PM

It was a hand ball because he lifted his arms above his head and made contact with the ball.

Then why wasn't Cole given a free kick?

toxic rooster 12-30-2004 07:18 PM

Oh, and boo hoo Sir Alex

Mr. Monday Morning 12-30-2004 07:27 PM

Yeah Babayaro for the Toon...I just read they want Pandiani as well

And Boumsong's agent has said that he expects a deal to be wrapped up soon, just the matter of Boumsong and Rangers negotiating the cut of the transfer fee that he gets, they want it reduced to 5% and he wants 10%. The clause in his contract is actually 15% so I think they'd be better off just letting it be.

Things are certainly looking up now

lol what Dazz.

I'd expect better from you. :nono:

Rob 12-31-2004 12:58 PM

United should have never admitted Rooney was wrong even though he was. We would have had time to appeal any charge which wouldn't have been anymore than a 3 game ban and in that time, Rooney could play and Saha would probably be back in time for when Rooney would actually be suspended.

That fat cunt of a Bolton manager has lost his mind saying Ben Haim didn't nothing wrong. Play acting is breaking rules dickhead. Stop moaning about Rooney and video replays.

He also mentioned how the FA have every right to make charges after reviewing games later. Yes they do. They also have the right to take away red cards for the likes of Lee Hendrie who got sent off for nothing the other week but they didn't. Do both or don't bother.

packt up 12-31-2004 01:23 PM

FA got both things right I reckon.

I heard United didn't appeal so that wasn't a chance of him missing the game with Arsenal but I dunno.

The Mask 12-31-2004 01:40 PM

nah, we did the right thing, he misses 3 smallish games, and comes back against the scouse. it's all good.
