In HD Remix his Tiger Shot has similar hasty recovery.

Brawl's a fun game, and certainly deep(er than DOA4), but I'm not a high leveled enough competitor to pass judgment on the various changes on gameplay made since the last game.

I hear the Smashboards are pretty rabid about it. I also hear they're pretty whiny.
