Charlie is another projectile character and I've read his Sonic Boom is faster than Guiles in the games he's been in.
Great, that's what I need online. Another projectile character that's basically a faster Guile. If it's true, every ranked match is going to be Vs Charlie which means every match I have is going to be "Sonic Boom! Sonic Boom! Sonic Boom!" at a much faster rate. Urgh.
