I think the fact that a large chunk of faces are on board with the heels in the movement is what makes it extremely interesting. Trying to figure out how they'll go about replacing the entire roster sans 5-6 guys. Would be funny if they brought back former WWE wrestlers as scabs.
Even the refs and commentators besides Cole sided with the heels in the walkout on RAW even though Triple H tried to protect them first and threatened huge fines if they got hurt.

If it was just heels, then it would be easy to just ignore their demands like Triple H initially did with Barrett and Beth Phoenix until personal friends and faces also started to complain.
