Isn't there some experimental tech right now with thin, malleable screens for pretty much that purpose? Sure I saw something about it on teh interwebs.

I don't mean the "see-thru camera/mirror" garment, either. Has the potential to be awesome, but there would likely be whatever the future equivalant of Nyan Cat will be all over the place when this happens.
