I think they care more about the ambassador's followers tweeting back so they can then claim on another "Did You Know" segment they are still #1 in social media for a given show. I'm sure (especially with Sheen) there's also the thought that they're attracting a new crowd that would normally not even think about wrestling. But then maybe they're sitting at home on a Monday night and seeing him constantly tweeting about it and decide to turn it on. As much as they're obsessed with social media attention, I still think the main thought is that it could poptentially gain viewers through a "Let's see what he/she keeps talking about..."
