Not even sure how to rate this. 2 out of 10? What the fuck was this?

They tried way too hard to make this guy look like a psycho. Why he didn't stuff puppies with explosives and use them to blow up kindergardens is unclear to me.

Also, why was the guy playing Dr. Cox playing Dr. Cox here?
