Would it be a Triple Threat or 2 separate singles matches going on at the same time? If that were the case and Bryan and Orton ended up exchanging moves would that then end each concurrent match in a DQ? Or is it presumed that a MITB cash-in match is No-DQ, No-Countout?

This is a minefield. The kids would get really confused. Probably better not to do it.
