1) Square Enix announced they are considering using crowd funding for localizing games with the idea being able to release more games out of Japan and have guaranteed interest for funded games.

2) According to a Wall Street Journal report, Mortal Kombat X, Dying Light, and Batman: Arkham Knight all have sold around 5 million copies since their launches. Besides those games, Warner Bros also revealed LEGO: Jurassic World has sold around 4 million copies since its launch.
