1) Update to Vivendi buying shares of Ubisoft news as Ubisoft says they will fight any attempt by Vivendi Games to increase their control over the company. Main reason is they do not want a parent company nor like Vivendi's track record when it comes to them having majority power.

2) According to the NPD estimates, EA managed to sell just 8000 copies of NBA Live 16 since its launch compared to NBA 2k16 selling over a million during the same time. Third year in a row EA ended up botching or being unprepared to go against 2K Games NBA series.
