Probably not the best considering they have also done hacking attacks in the past with the biggest being the PSN Attack a few years ago.
The PSN attack was sort of interesting for how it revealed Sony sort of did their security backwards and the pro-Sony members splitting off for retaliation attacks on other services.
Phantom's probably doing it to get a sweet reward that Lizard got last year to end the attacks.
