At this point, and I'm being serious, I'd rather Goldberg come back to win the Universal Title off Brock if Brock is leaving. He can then cut a promo about how all the people watching wrestling are dorks and of course they hate part-time mega-stars like him, because they can't relate to true men.

Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre can be his allies. Have them feud with The Shield, and have either Seth Rollins challenge him at WrestleMania or have Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble and go after him.
