Also Johnny Ace considering he was in charge of talent signings at the time. His preference for hiring women was you either had to have glamour magazine beauty or someone he would consider picking up at a bar or strip club for a date afterwards.

No coincidence that once he got fired from the job, the skill level of WWE's hiring of women afterwards started to shoot up in quality. Less preference on Ace's wiener as the judge and more towards having actual wrestling skills or other skills that could be molded into being a good wrestler.
