If he was genuinely wanting what's best for wrestling, he would have used that Tweet (and any others) to put over and promote some of those talented wrestlers, rather than using his platform to put down others. But he's not about making wrestling better, he's about drawing jaded older fans toward him and away from the current product. He's actively detrimental to wrestling, and has been for some time.
He's just one of these guys you have to accept for his benefits as well as his downsides. There'a no separating them, it's all one package. On one hand he's gotta be one of the most if not the most passionate wrestling fan thay has ever lived and IMO top 5 wrestling storyteller ever. Almost nobody else I'd rather listen to tell an old road story. On the other hand, he's just a bitter cunt about the wrestling business. He can't accept that times change and that what he once viewed as wrestling isn't going to be back. He can either adapt or complain and he's chosen the complain route.

Overall, I absolutely love the guy. Is he good for the current wrestling product? No, probably not.
