I still think that we've been told who is in the game through the crossover outfit swap images.

Here are the images from a few months ago, in spoilers because there are a lot of them, and I've added who each character is dressed as and underlined the characters that have been anounced in some form or other (Gameplay, CGI trailer, Teaser, DLC list). So it makes sense that the characters not revealed but still represented are likely in, either at release or as future DLC.

It would be weird to have some outfits be based on included characters and have others be references to characters that aren't in. The fact that a lot are in means that these aren't just references to characters they didn't put in.

Jack 6 & Armour King Hugo & Alex Panda (Just a colour swap of Kuma, so she is in in that sense) & King Poison & ??? Kuma & Angel (Kalyx says it's a Tekken 2 model swap of Kazuya and Kazuya is in.) R.Mika & Sodom. (The only two I'm still waiting for.) Raven & Yoshimitsu M.Bison & Guy Apparantly no one from Tekken. My bet is on Poison being dressed as the "real" final boss that we haven't seen yet. Pandoras "human" form. I'm no Tekken player but I looked up Sumos in Tekken.
