Just watched the Zangief video and I knew they were going to knock him down. So, now, in this game full off characters that zip around like Sonic, Zangief crawls towards them. His original speed was fine. He wasn't fast but he moved just fast enough to actually be useable.

Then the video said "We made this move weaker...and this move...and this move has less priority." Because we all know how insanely easy it is to play and win as Zangief, right? He totally needed to be less good.

Improving the SPD strength is like wrecking someones car with a huge sledgehammer and saying "Hey, at least I changed your tires. That's an important part of the car!". Yeah, but now my car barely functions. What good are new tires if my car can hardly move?
